My Family is my Anchor

Hi, I’m Chelsea and I’m a qualified NLP practitioner, and an ACC accredited coach. I am also a qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience in the corporate world. My career began in finance, where I spent over 15 years climbing the ranks to Senior Management. I then transitioned into Strategic Planning, dedicating over 5 years to this field. This diverse background has equipped me well for my coaching journey, allowing me to excel in goal setting, milestone achievement, and guiding others towards their career and business destinations.

On a personal note, I’m also a devoted mum and wife and I’m deeply in love with my life. Each day brings new experiences and opportunities for growth. I find happiness in the moments we all share together, every laugh, tear, triumph, and challenge contribute to the tapestry of our lives and they remind me of the strength that bind us together. Being a mum has shown me the true meaning of selflessness and dedication. Watching my children grow and develop is a source of immense pride and happiness. Their challenges, curiosity and enthusiasm inspire me to be a better person every day. Similarly, my relationship with my husband has deepened my understanding of communication, companionship and teamwork.

In essence, my family is my anchor and my greatest source of strength. The lessons I learn from them are invaluable, shaping me into a more compassionate, understanding, and resilient individual. I cherish every moment and look forward to the many adventures that still lie ahead.

People Are My Passion

At the heart of my work is a deep belief in people — and in the powerful role that purpose, values, beliefs, and emotions play in how we think, decide, and move through change.

My coaching is grounded in this understanding. I’m endlessly curious about people’s stories, perspectives, and inner worlds, and I’m inspired by the courage it takes to pause, reflect, and question what’s next. I work with leaders and professionals navigating transition — across business and career — helping them build awareness, challenge limiting beliefs, and reconnect with what matters most.

I create coaching spaces that are calm, supportive, and thoughtfully challenging — spaces where people feel heard, valued, and able to think clearly. From there, meaningful change becomes possible.

When people are given the space to reflect and the confidence to trust themselves, they move forward with. Supporting this process is what makes my work so fulfilling.

Results Are My Goals

Meaningful change rarely comes from dramatic overhauls. More often, it’s the result of small, intentional shifts — made consistently and with awareness.

In my coaching, we focus on manageable adjustments that build clarity and momentum over time. This might involve strengthening decision-making, approaching challenges differently, or refining how you lead, work, or respond to change. When these shifts are integrated into day-to-day practice, their impact compounds — creating progress that feels steady, sustainable, and real.

Mindset and behaviour play a crucial role in this process. By building awareness, clarifying values, and gently challenging limiting beliefs, we create space for more aligned choices. Reflection, focus, and regular review help ensure progress stays intentional, while acknowledging small wins reinforces confidence and direction.

At the heart of this work is the Head For Happy coaching approach — a thoughtful method designed to deepen awareness, expose what truly matters, and support aligned transition across business, career, and life. The aim isn’t to push harder or chase quick fixes, but to empower you to move forward with clarity, agency, and intention — creating change that genuinely lasts.
